The Stop Smoking Plan

By firstly determining your reasons for smoking, what you gain from it and how it effects your life, we can work out a plan that will work for you, motivate you and give you a vision of the benefits of being a "non-smoker".

By using a combination of tools from Holistic Kinesiology, Holistic Living Counselling and Hypnotherapy in a four week plan, you will be guided and supported nutritionally, emotionally and physically through this process.

Week 1:  We will uncover the reasons why you do smoke, why you want to stop smoking, how supportive are your friends and family and when and where are the times that you feel most like smoking.

Week 2: Kinesiology will be used in this session to clear any blocks you may have around stopping smoking.  Your energies will be balanced and your vision of health confirmed.

Week 3: This will be a Hypnotherapy session that will start you on the track to becoming a "non-smoker".

Week 4: Another session of Hypnotherapy will build your self esteem and reinforce your new healthy plan.  You will be given some new 'tools' to deal with future stress.
